You are volunteering as a “photographer” for the Drew Kostic Memorial 5K Tough Run (“DK5K”) event, hosted by the nonprofit organization 22 2 NONE, and understand that as a “photographer” you will be responsible for recording the event in still photo or video form (“media”), with your own camera, using your own media storage card.
The “DK5K” Committee Photographer Lead will contact you prior to the event for future instruction about the event day and what to expect, and keep you informed of any changes or updates. This person will also be collecting your “media” at the end of the event, or before you depart the premises, by copying all pertinent files off your own media storage card onto a hard drive to be used by 22 2 NONE. If you provided your own media storage card, you will retain your card and all original files created.
