Day of Race Registration- using electronic devices
**Must have prior Day of Race Registration Experience using our electronic devices (laptops/tablets). You will assist individuals with registering for the event utilizing day of race online registration.

Course Guide

Details

You will be assigned to a spot along the Course. You might be directing a participant to turn or stay straight.... or you will be in a spot that will just assist with the safety of the participant and the course. You will receive your exact location when you check in.

Split Caller/ Clock

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

You will be responsible for taking a clock out with you on the course and making sure that it is started when the starting horn sounds (you will receive detailed information on race morning). You will also call out split times to runners as they pass by you. You will return the clock to the same location as you picked it up.

Water Station

You must be 13 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

You will volunteer at either the Start Water, Run Course Water or Finish Line Water Station. You will be responsible for pouring water into cups, handing out the water to participants, replenishing empty cups as needed and cleaning up the area once finished. You will be provided with a table, water, cups, latex gloves, garbage bags and receptacles.

Refreshments

You must be 13 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

You will assist with setting up our refreshment area once the race begins. and helping to monitor its distribution as the participants come through the area. Refreshments may include: bagels, fruit, soda, etc.
We also hope that you will assist with clean-up.

Lead Bike

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

You will either lead the runners and/or wheelchair athletes along the course or ride among the participants to help maintain safety.**Lead Bike experience needed

Parking

Direct participants to parking prior to the race

Set up awards
