Assist with our Day Of Race Registration. You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

This is a great position for runners who want to also volunteer. You will be required to arrive at Catlin Gabel School at 6:45 a.m. and will help with setting up the day of race registration area. Then you will work from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. getting everyone registered.

The Awards Coordinators will help the race directors hand out all of the overall and age group awards. You will have access to an iPad and Jeff from Huber Timing to answer any questions, and will help participants look up their finish times and places.

Early Food Area Volunteer

This position will set up the food area, maintain snacks throughout the race, and clean up the Food Area after all participants have left. You do not need an Oregon Food Handler's card, but will be required to wear food prep gloves and adhere to provided directions for sanitation.

Cleanup at event and ORRC Storage

Details

This volunteer role assists ORRC race directors in final cleanup at the event AND assists in putting everything away neatly at the ORRC storage units in Beaverton. We're not done until the U-Haul truck is empty and ready to return.
