All volunteers are welcome to enjoy the event before or after their shift. As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will receive cheese products generously donated by our friends at Sargento and Sartori as well as one 3 Sheeps Brewing free drink ticket (valid the day of the event only) generously provided by our event partner, 3 Sheeps Brewing.

Examples of tasks:

• Spread holiday cheer and encourage 5K run participants
• Direct participants along the course and help ensure they are always a safe distance from Making Spirits Bright displays

Shuttle Stop Attendant High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

• Greet participants arriving on shuttle buses in the Quarryview Center parking lot and direct them to the course and other major event locations
• Help participants form lines and get back onto shuttle buses safely

*Volunteers must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Finish Line and Water Station Assistant

• Fill and pass off cups of water to 5K run participants on the course
• Spread holiday cheer and encourage runners
• Guide runners to the finish line chute
• Help set up and take down equipment and supplies (cups, water, garbage cans, tables, etc.)
