Saturday morning March 15, 2025 - Come Move with a Mission, change lives, and enjoy another fun filled Leprechaun Leap!

The Leprechaun Leap is a great goal for your winter fitness and launch for your summer season. Lots of great prizes as you “Move with a Mission” to support healthy lifestyles and raise funds for vulnerable women and children in the developing world. Sign up today!

RACE FEATURES FUN and ....

PACKET PICK-UP LOCATIONS  Pre-race Thursday, March13th, 4 PM to 7 PM at the Woodinville Haggen Food Court or race morning at the start, 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. 

Let's KEEP SAFE  This event will follow King County COVID-19 rules in place on race day.

Race Morning:

Location: Wilmot Gateway Park  17301 131st Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072
7:30 – 8:30 - Packet Pickup
8:45 – Bag Pipe Costume Parade followed by gathering of the Sprite Sprinters.
8:55 - Athlete Announcements
9:00 - Sprite Sprint. Cheer on the Sprites as they dash 100M!
9:10 - StretchLab leads in warmup stretches.
9:20 -  10K Run Start. Faster runners to the front. 10K water station at the 2nd turn around near Bothell Landing,  approximately at mile 4.
9:25 - 5K Run/Walk Start. Faster runners to the front, Walkers to the rear. Dogs and strollers welcome.
11:00 – Course Closed. Congratulations!


Limited Bag Check

Race morning there will be an area watched over by race volunteers to leave a small bag.  Do not leave valuables as we cannot assume responsibility for your items. Please clearly mark your bag with your bib number ahead of race morning. A volunteer will store and retrieve your bag and see that the bag number matches your race bib number. Bags must be retrieved by 11:15.

Race Parking: 

Car pooling encouraged!
Soccer Field lot across the street from Wilmot Park. May fill up fast as field in use.
Woodinville Haggen
Well past McClendon Hardware is great parking on NE 178th St which dead ends right at the Sammamish Trail (race course) near 5 Star Granite. Park along NE 175th with out blocking businesses. There is an open gate to the trail. Go left onto the trail and it is less than a half mile on the trail to the start/finish at Wilmot Park. We have permission to park at nearby Cwalla's store front if street parking fills up. Also at the NE of 178th is Performance Construction, the first big building on the north side. Ok to park at the small building opposite Performance Construction.
KinderCare 13851 NE 171st St, Woodinville, WA 98072 is a half mile past the park and has ok'd parking.

Race Start/Finish is at Woodinville's Wilmot Park located at 17301 131st Ave NE, Woodinville, WA. Mileage below is approximate.

  1. START: North end of the arbor headed towards Bothell on the Sammamish River Trail
  2. Go 1.25 miles to N. Creek trail. Turn R to U.W. Bothell  Campus immediately after the bridge.
  3. Go .3 mile and turn around green post marker at the tennis courts.
  4. Retrace .3 mile back to Sammamish River Trail to the bridge.
  5. At Sammamish Trail bridge, Turn L and retrace back to the Start/Finish at Wilmot park.

Race Start/Finish is at Woodinville's Wilmot Park located at17301 131st Ave NE, Woodinville, WA. Mileage below is approximate.

  • START: North end of the arbor headed towards Bothell on the Sammamish River Trail.
  • Go 1.25 miles to N. Creek trail. Turn R to U.W. Bothell  Campus immediately after the bridge.
  • Go .6 mile turning R at 110th and then R on Beardslee.
  • Turn around the orange cone  opposite the east end of the commercial buildings across Beardslee 2.2 miles from the Start.
  • At Sammamish Trail bridge, Turn R  and proceed 1 mile to  turn around orange post at the Bothell Landing gravel parking lot.
  • Retrace  directly to Start/ Finish on Sammamish River Trail for 2.1 miles (you will re-cross the bridge).
