Description
Welcome to the Inaugural West Virginia Water Festival Trail Race, set in the heart of southern West Virginia’s most scenic river corridor.
This event kicks off the WV State Water Festival with a true trail runner’s experience!
Awards
Awards will be presented to overall winners in each distance. We will add age groups if participation numbers allow.

Course Description
Follow this beautiful course starting at the Pipestem Park Arboretum crossing the road then proceeding on River Trail until the intersection with County Line Trail. Follow County Line Trail to The Nature Center Parking Lot and proceed across the road following course markings to intersect with Lake View Trail. Proceed along Lake View Trail until intersecting Lake Shore Trail. Turn left on Lake Shore Trail and follow it until you come to the beach/ handicap fishing pier. Turn left and follow the blacktop road back to the starting line.
