On July 20th I am participating in "The Ben to the Shore" charity cycling event from Philadelphia to Atlantic City.

This event supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation (fbbcf.org), a non-profit organization that provides necessary financial relief to the families of fallen or critically injured first responders and cultivates positive interactions between first responders and the communities they serve.

For the 10th consecutive year I am riding with Team Preston's Nation, who will take turns pulling/pushing team members in running chairs across the 65 mile route.
