Move to Cure STXBP1 Disorders

If you are on this page you most likely know my sweet Aubrey or know someone who does.  To know her is to love her. Aubrey lights up every single room she in in without ever saying a word.  In November 2021 we found out that Aubrey had a very rare genetic disorder called STXBP1, which this condition comes with lots of unknowns. While we know life will be very different for Aubrey, we will fight for her every step of the way.

We are hosting a 1 mile fun run/walk  to raise money for the STXBP1 foundation!  We would love everyone to join us in person but we know that may not be possible for everyone, so I have included lots of different ways you can get involved below. 

How will you get Involved? 

Please join in on this annual fundraiser any way you can - whether it is sharing our social media posts during STXBP1 September Awareness Month, joining us at Team Aubrey's In- person Event (See details below), virtually participating by registering to make your own "moves" between now and December 3rd, buying any of our cool shirts and apparel (link below) and tagging me on social media sporting your Team Aubrey attire, or by donating to the foundation by clicking the "Donate" link button.  Your donation and participation means the world to us and the entire STXBP1 community! Donations directly fund critical research for treatments, therapies, and a cure for STXBP1 disorders. **It is  NOT required that you sign-up on run sign-up to Join us at Aubrey’s in-person event! ! If you do choose to sign up to "join” Team Aubrey that registration cost serves as a donation that goes directly to the STXBP1 Foundation. We want as many family and friends to join in as possible! :) We are beyond thrilled to have you join Team Aubrey!

Team Aubrey In-Person Event Details:

Please join us for a 1 mile fun run/walk, fun on the playground, and some sweet treats in honor of Aubrey and help us raise awareness for STXBP1. We will meet on Saturday, Sept. 28th at KidVenture 2.0 Playground at the Anderson Civic Center where we will do a 1 mile walk/run around the pond and just celebrate Aubrey by coming together at one of her favorite local parks.
