This is a women only training program for the Philadelphia Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon on September 16, 2012. Here is the event website: http://runrocknroll.competitor.com/philadelphia
The program is lead by USATF certified coach Colleen Tindall. It will include a daily schedule, as well as three group run opportunites a week: Tuesday's at 6:00 pm, Wednesday's at 9:00 am, and a supported long run Saturday morning's.
There will be scheduled clinics on important topics such as women's health and endurance, nutrition, and injury prevention.
All enrolled receive a 20% discount Moorestown Running Company(electronics excluded) for the entire training period. Other giveaways throughout the program.
$50 discount if paid in full through September 16th. Or $100 monthly. Additional monthly payments for the program can be made in person at Moorestown Running Company.
