The emphasis of this program is on participation and developing a healthy lifestyle as opposed to being a competitive running program. The focus is on improving personal times and distances…and having FUN! Each Kids Run the Nation - Lincoln session will a warm-up, lesson of the week, running activity, fun game, cool-down and healthy snack. There will also be an opportunity to earn an incentive (foot charm) each week for completely each workout.
