Boys Run Club is a running club open to boys in 2nd to 5th grade in Chapel Hill, Durham, or surrounding areas. Boys meet weekly and learn about running, fitness, and nutrition while also learning how to be good friends and community members.

We will begin Tuesday October 8th and meet weekly on Tuesdays until December 10th. (No practice the week of Thanksgiving).
Our practices are 3:15-4:15 at 143 Old Mason Farm Rd in Chapel Hill. Our goal is to teach the kids that running is fun, to build endurance and fitness, and to build confidence by training for and running a race. We also incorporate lessons on how to be a good friend and member of the community. 
This fall, our tentative plan will be to participate in the Reindeer Run in Pittsboro on December 14th.
