10K Training (6.2 miles): This training program is a Fleet Feet special, training people for the Cooper River Bridge Run in South Carolina. This awesome race draws out thousands of people and we have a special program just to train for this race! This is an 8 week training session with 2 coached workouts per week. This is perfect for anyone that is comfortable running the 5K distance and wants to add a little more, but isn't yet ready for a half marathon. What a great and memorable race to start your long distance running career! We start with 3 miles and work our way up to and past 6 miles. Coached workouts are designed to push you and make you stronger with hill work and faster pace runs as well as longer easy runs.
