Tuesday Night Workouts Are Back!!!
Bill Benedict will be restarting the Tuesday workouts beginning with Hills on Jan 2nd. We do need to follow a few guidelines to keep all stakeholders safe (including the people working in the store).
Meet at the back of the store to leave at 6:10pm. You could also meet us at the hill at 6:20pm ready to begin the workout.
We will break up into some smaller groups to keep our numbers reasonable. I'm thinking groups of 5-6 based upon current fitness.
Remember to wear a reflective vest.

Wed Night Club Run
6:10 p.m. At the Bryn Mawr Running Company Store 828 Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr, PA. For the Summer, we are running the Tennis Loop through the Bryn Mawr area. It’s a hilly loop course with distances of 3, 5, 8 and 10 miles.
In the Fall, we will switch to the Bus Loop, an out and back (flat) course that goes to Havertown (5, 7 and 8 mile options). The running pace is moderate-relaxed.
Thursday Night Run in Media
6:15 PM at the Bryn Mawr Running Company Media Store 1 West Front Street, Media, PA 19063. There are several different runs based off the Media 5-Mile course. Join the group afterwards for food and drinks either behind the store or at “Quotations” down the street
Saturday Morning Long Run
8:00 AM. Meet at the the parking lot behind the movie theater/Hot House Coffee (If coming up Lancaster Avenue from Ardmore/Philadelphia, turn left at Bryn Mawr Avenue and then make a quick right into the lot and drive back a few hundred feet.). Most people run a longer distance this day (Average: 8-14 miles), There are a variety of paces. The group meets for coffee and food post-run at Hot House on Lancaster Avenue. There is an early morning Saturday group that runs from multiple different locations depending on the week. They head out between 6:30-7:00 AM. and are running between 10-15 miles. Please email Michael Berks at earlysaturdayruns@runbmrc.org for more information.
