Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting this year's Color the Trail: The Revenge of Sasquatch. Sorry but there will be no refunds.
This is a fundraiser and portions of the proceeds will be used for public awareness campaigns for Polk County Parks & Recreation public parks like Bone Valley ATV. Other portions are used to reserve resources and purchase items like shirts, awards, swag bags, bibs, timing services, advertisements etc and have to be ordered weeks and months in advance.
Your health and safety are a top priority for us. At this time, this race will be an in person race and will be held rain or shine. Unless inclement weather present a danger to runners, volunteers and event staff. If we cannot hold the race in person due inclement weather or to COVID CDC regulations and guidelines, or you cannot make it for health or personal reasons, all live race registrations will be switched over a virtual options for the same race distance. All runners will still receive their race packets.
