Due to the nature event production there are no refunds allowed at any time. We do, however, offer Registration Protector insurance through Allianz that must be purchased at the time of registration. Athletes may also choose to defer their entries based on the deferral policy (see https://www.mynegativesplit.com/event-policies for details).
In the event of live race cancellation for any reason, our Live Event Cancellation Policy will go into effect (see https://www.mynegativesplit.com/event-policies for details).
