I hereby understand and acknowledge that all fees and associated costs, paid in registration for this Tough Mountain Challenge event are NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellation. Transfers of entry are only allowed through July 1, 2017.
