KCP plays a major role in linking Kentuckians with cancer resources through cancer control specialists at our regional offices, community health fairs, educational programs and special events. KCP also produces the Pathfinder, an online tool that enables users to search by county for cancer-related resources in screening, tobacco use, information and referral, patient assistance, medical care, survivorship and support groups, and national and state resources.
