Refund Policy
REFUNDS & DEFERRALS
Entry is confirmed upon full payment only. Refunds for cancellations — for event entry and/or add-on packages — will be available as follows, as a percentage of fees received by TRAVERSE:
95% refund available through 15 January
50% refund available through 15 April
Payments are non-refundable beginning 16 April
Entries can be deferred for one year if requested before 15 April. The deferral fee is USD $200 per runner, payable upon request.
Runner changes / number transfers are permitted if requested before 30 April for a USD $200 change fee, payable upon request.
If the event, or any part of it, is for any reason modified or cancelled, payments will be refundable as per above.
