Refund Policy
DEFERRALS
If you are unable to participate due to injury or other circumstances, you may submit a one-time deferral to 2025. All deferrals must be submitted by August 1st. After this time, the deferral window will close. Multi-year deferrals are not allowed (if you were a registered 2022 runner and deferred to 2023, you are unable to defer to 2024). All deferrals are valid for one year only. There is a $25 deferral fee.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Refunds and bib transfers are not allowed.
DISTANCE CHANGE
Changing your distance is allowed, subject to the following:
- You may upgrade or downgrade your current registration if the distance you are choosing has not reached the maximum participant cap.
- Participants must pay the difference in fees if upgrading from the 10K to the Half Marathon. The difference in fees will not be refunded if downgrading to the 10K from the Half Marathon.
- All distance changes must be made prior to race week by Monday, September 4th.
