Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance (CVBCA) has been serving the communities of Franklin, Fulton and Cumberland County for nearly 30 years. CVBCA provides breast health education and breast cancer support. We provide these services despite where someone seeks treatment. As a ministry we lead with love and compassion.
Our services start with educating the community on breast health including risk factors of cancer and instruction on proper breast self-exams. We offer free screening for breast cancer through our Mammagift Program available to men and women who are uninsured or underinsured.
Any newly diagnosed patient receive multiple care packs throughout their breast cancer journey ensuring they have the love and support needed. Local resources are provided for the essentials during treatment such as wigs, prosthetics, and complementary treatments to their prescribed therapies such as lymphatic massage and reflexology. Considerations are made for financial aid to provide stability in transportation, food, shelter and utilities.
