Allen Endurance Coaching is a small and independent coaching company for runners and multisport athletes. We offer in-person and remote coaching for our clients, with a range of packages available to choose from. All training plans are individualized for each individual client, focusing on your specific goals, training history, and lifestyle. 

Coach Dylan Allen has his Level 1 and Marathon Specialist certifications from USATF, as well as a Personal Training certification from ISSA to back up his 15 years of coaching experience. By combining these specialties, he is able to fully integrate traditional run/triathlon training with the weight room to minimize injury risk, maximize performance, and help you reach your training goals.

We’ve helped runners and triathletes of all abilities, from completing their first first 5k to racing Boston or finishing their first full Ironman. Many of our athletes come to us after they’ve struggled with an injury and are thrilled when our unique approach to training plans results in pain free running and no more lost days from injury.
