Refund Policy
So you need a refund? We get it, life happens. If you let us know before race day, you can ALWAYS transfer to next year, apply it as a credit to another race we host or gift your registration to a friend/family member (or stranger on the internet who pays you). We will provide full refunds up to February 1st and 75% refunds until February 10, after that, no refunds allowed.
We are in the business of hosting events, not canelling them. We will do everything in our power to host the event that you signed up for. Refunds will not be offered for changes in courses, times, etc. If weather or forces out of our control make hosting the event on the scheduled day not possible, we will reschedule to the following day. If that day does not work either, the race will be cancelled. All participants will be given the option to defer to next year or transfer to another race we host. We cannot offer refunds in the scenario.
