At Bodies Race Company, our events take place rain, shine, snow, or cold. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to participate on race day, you will still receive your race packet, shirt, and medal. You are welcome to complete the race on your own time and course—please refer to our Virtual Race Information for full details.

Weather conditions can be unpredictable at any time of year. We will only cancel an event if required by the venue or if road or course conditions become unsafe due to ice. Due to the time and logistics involved in permitting, we are not typically able to reschedule canceled events. In the event of a cancellation, all participants will automatically be transferred to the virtual race option.
