Refund Policy
-We adhere to the standard industry cancellation policy: all entry fees are non-refundable unless you have purchased insurance during registration. All events take place rain or shine.
-Should a conflict arise, you can defer/roll-over your entry to the following year if you request to do so at least 30 days before the event.
-If you have purchased insurance and need to cancel you event registration, please go to https://requestmyrefund.com/regshield/refund to file a claim. Insurance is handled by a third party and the event management team is not able to file your claim for you or impact the decision on your claim.
