Refund Policy
If you are not at the 2.9 mile mark of the course within 1 hour of the start of the race you will be asked to divert in to the parking lot at Wissahickon School District and we will make every effort to mark out a 5K finish line for you. You can then proceed across the property to Wissahickon High School for post race events.
AS THIS IS A WINTER TIME EVENT
Weather events or forecasts of potential weather events may cause the cancellation, postponement or alteration of race distance or course.
There will be no refunds, deferments or transfers.
Online sales of your bib are not allowed. Violators, in accordance with USATF rules are subject to bans.
Proceeds and donations for the race will benefit TBA, TBA and TBA
