Welcome to my Breakthrough Challenge fundraising page! I am participating on behalf of team Mission Melanoma to show my support for the Breakthrough Challenge and Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center.

I have been doing this event ride every year since 2018 to show my support for my mom who is a survivor of stage 4 melanoma. Dr. Lynn Schuchter and her team at Penn Medicine were able to treat my mom with the latest practices in melanoma treatment back in 2017-2018. Thanks to their efforts, my mom has remained cancer free to this day!

While treatments are constantly improving to become safer and more effective, they do not work for everyone. Therefore, it is imperative that the awareness and prevention of melanoma remain on the forefront of everyone's mind.
