Girls on the Run is a life-changing, interactive learning program that uses the power of running to inspire pre-teen girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy lifestyles. Through activities such as running, playing games, and discussing important issues the program encourages positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. Female coaches will guide and mentor girls through a fun and uplifting curriculum while participants train together to walk or run a 5K event.
All funds raised go to providing scholarships & financial assistance to girls in need.
