Course volunteers help to make the event safe and fun for all of our participants. Volunteers are stationed along the course in vital positions helping to direct and cheer on runners! Course volunteers are asked to arrive by 7:00am to get your course location assignment and a safety vest.

Location

UNCW Greene Track. Parking is available adjacent to the track at the Hamilton Lot. From the parking lot, cross Hamilton Drive and enter the Greene Track complex. Upon entering the gate turn right and report to the volunteer check in area behind the bleachers.

Race Day Packet Pick Up

Details

Assist with race morning packet pick up! Greet runners and hand out race shirts and bibs.

Location

UNCW Greene Track. Parking is available adjacent to the track at the Hamilton Lot. From the parking lot, cross Hamilton Drive and enter the Greene Track complex. Report to the Full Send Tent by the entrance to the track.

Race Village

Details

Stay right in the heart of the action and help us in the race village! Jobs include happy hair, merchandise sales, refreshment table, and medal hander-outers! 7:00 am-10:00am

Please report the the YMCA tent and check in with Ashley Barnes.

Water Station #1 - Reserved for Junior League of Wilmingon

This aid station is reserved for the Junior League of Wilmington.

Dress in your most festive holiday attire and bring your holiday cheer! Your job is to hand out water to runners AND to offer lots of fun and encouragement! A speaker with holiday music would be a fun addition! Posters! Signs! Be as creative and as festive as possible!

Location

Your water station is on Wagnor Drive across for Kenan Auditorium. You may park in the Kenan lot and just walk across to your water stop. We have 1200 participants so plan to be busy and probably get a little wet! Please go directly to your water station at 7:30 and start filling up water cups. You should have about 750 water cups prefilled before the first runners pass your location at 8:35.

Aid Station #2 - Price Drive

Your water station is located on Price Drive in front of Price Lot 2 (Look for the Cameron School of Business Sign) You may park in the lot adjacent to the water station.

We have 1200 participants so plan to be busy and probably get a little wet! Please go directly to your water station at 7:30 and start filling up water cups. You should have about 750 water cups prefilled before the first runners pass your location at 8:35.

Aid Station #3 - Intersection of Rose Ave. and Riegel Rd.

Location

Your water station is located at the corner of Rose Avenue and Riegel Drive. There is a parking lot at the corner of Riegel Dr. and Plyer Dr. This is the closest parking location. Please arrive at 8:00am and begin filling water cups. Your first runner will arrive at 8:45.
