Full refunds (less a $20 processing fee per registration) are available up to 30 days before the event. If it is within 30 days of the event, no refunds are allowed. You can purchase the optional insurance, offered by a 3rd party (see tab on home page) that offers full refunds up until the event start. Insurance is $15.31 for Canon City and $15.88 for Laramie.
