RRCA Convention refunds (less $25 processing fee) are available until March 15, 2027.

RRCA Coaching Level I Certification Cohort and RRCA Coaching Level II In-Person Session can receive a partial refund (RRCA withholds $50 processing fee) until March 15, 2027. After March 15, 2026 NO refunds or transfers will be provided. Email Coaching@rrca.org if you need to cancel your registration before March 15, 2027.

Utilize the transfer option for club and event leaders registered for RRCA Convention if your organization needs to swap attendees.
