​​TINAR Race Series understands that committing to a race far away can be a stressful endeavor and thus offers what we consider to be a fair policy, balancing the needs of runners with our business.

Runners who wish to request a 50% refund, minus registration fee, may do so by e-mailing the Race Director prior to October 15, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be granted. For bib or distance transfers prior to race week, please contact us directly and we will assist you if possible. After November 8, 2026, no bib transfers or distance changes are allowed.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Policy: please e-mail us to defer your registration to the following year should this situation apply to you.
