We strongly recommend purchasing the event insurance included with each registration. This insurance will protect your registration and provide a full refund under the terms of the policy.

IF YOU CANNOT RACE IN THE EVENT FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED, AND YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE, YOU CAN DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ONLINE BEFORE THE EVENT, IN THE YEAR OF YOUR REGISTRATION. 

Deferrals - Transfer to next year ($25.00) at least 4 days before the event.
Transfer - To a different race ($10.00) at least 7 days before the event
Transfer - To a different distance (free) at least 4 days before the event
Transfer - To another participant (free) at least 4 days before the event

NO DEFERRALS OR TRANSFERS ARE PERMITTED AFTER THE EVENT.
