Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: no refunds will be provided for any reason including injury, inclement weather or otherwise. In the case of event cancellation due to inclement weather, no deferrals will be allowed. We do allow event transfers ($5) and gifting ($0) of events if you are unable to make it to the race. Example you could transfer to the Virtual Stuffing Strut and run your race on your time schedule or gift your bib and SWAG to another runner. We thank you for choosing the ICCS Turkey Trot.
Event Transfers: can be made until November 18, 2019 by accessing your Run Sign Up account, with no transfers accepted after the deadline. Participants may switch from a longer distance to a short.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct race and if not clear this transaction. If you intend to run at any point in the race please sign up for the run. Anyone entered into the WALK MUST WALK THE ENTIRE COURSE (this is on your honor system).
