Refund Policy
A runner may withdraw from the in-person race before Sunday February 4 @ 11:59 PM. You will receive a refund of the race registration fee (but not the initial processing fee). To withdraw and request a refund, log into your RunSignup account, find Bear Creek under your Upcoming Races, and click "Manage Registration." You may also transfer from the in-person race to the virtual run and receive a partial refund. There are no withdrawals or refunds for those registered for the virtual run.
