Refund Policy
We know it is very hard to make a commitment to sign up for an event when there is a lot of cancellations or events that have gone virtual. We want to make a promise to do 100% efforts to make sure that this event goes on live and safe for everyone in attendance.
If for some reason we are not capable of hosting this event for a reason fully out of our control and this event is cancelled we promise a full refund of your registration price minus the processing fees up to race day.
Additionally if you are not able to run this live event up to Friday the 1st of january 2023 because of an injury or you become sick please contact us you can accomplish our event virtually at no additional cost and we will mail you your packet. If it’s before January 2023 we are happy to transfer you over to Dragons den Half Marathon or refund you 75% of your Total Registration minus processing fees.
