Refund Policy
If you are unable or don’t want to participate in the July Training Run Weekend to earn your Glacial Esker 40 medal, we will forego our no refund policy (which all of you agreed to during registration) and offer a 50% refund. As previously stated, we’ve already incurred expenses and ultimately will lose money for our charity due to the cancellation. But we are willing to make this one-time exception due to extraordinary circumstances (COVID-19 outbreak) beyond any of our control and split the difference with you. Please note that if you elect this option you won’t be eligible to earn your Glacial Esker 40 medal.
