Refund Policy
Because the Big House 5K is a charitable event, we DO NOT offer refunds. If you are unable to attend the race, you can transfer your entry to a friend or family member.
Additionally, race policy states that, when emergency conditions such as weather, threats of terrorism or medical emergencies force cancellation of an event, refunds cannot be provided since money has been spent in preparation for race day.
The ONLY exception to the refund policy is in the event that the race sells out and we implement a waiting list. If the race sells out and a waiting list is implemented, then refunds will be enacted so that those on the waiting list have a chance to purchase race entries. Once registration closes, no additional refunds will be offered.
