Rules and Guidelines
Due to the pandemic, this year's race will be a virtual 5K that participants can join from anywhere.
- Registered runners must complete a 5K course of their choosing within the timeframe of July 15th through October 26th, 2020.
- Runners should use their own timing device (such as a fitness tracker or smartwatch), and then post their results to the RunSignUp website upon completion.
- Courses can be run and results uploaded at any time between 7/15 - 10/26, but results must be posted to the RunSignUp website no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on October 26th.

While photos are not required, we're encouraging everyone to send us your selfie photos taken before, during, and/or after running your course. We still want everyone to have fun while participating remotely, and celebrate together by sharing photos on our website. You can upload your selfie pics on your RunSignUp results page, or you can email them to the 5K Coordinator at 5KCoordinator@RadiationBusiness.com.
This race is for charity so finish times are accepted on the honor system, however top male and top female runners will be recognized as always with plaques which will be mailed after the race period closes on October 26th.
