Refund Policy
In the event that Steps for Healing in-person 5K Run/Walk at Zoo Miami cannot take place or a person cannot attend, registrants will be transferred to virtual participants under the "Run Where You Are" option, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Event shirts for those participating in the Run-Where-You-Are option will be mailed to the attendee after the in-person race takes place.
