Refund Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. You may not roll your entry over to another year or transfer, sell or give it to another person if you are unable to run. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, or if the event is canceled because of weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, including local or state COVID-19 mandates. There are NO exceptions.
If you do not participate or pick up your event shirt, upon request, we will provide you with a letter acknowledging your registration fee as a charitable donation.
