Refund Policy
Refunds will NOT be issued after a registration has taken place, but race deferrals can occur. A race deferral is defined as deferring an athlete's registration to next year’s race for any reason (injury, unexpected calendar conflict, etc.) There is no compensation for the monetary value of an entry. The request to defer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No deferrals will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee for a race deferral is $15 and must be made online before the 14 day window for deferral expires. Deferral is valued at the price paid when registered. Any additional change in entry fee at time of application of the deferment will be due. Race deferrals are only allowed once per person, per season.
