Run To Succeed Race Management and Timing Company Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation:
If a participant registers for any Run To Succeed owned event and needs to cancel for any reason, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Run to Succeed, LLC. Any credit card transaction fees that have already been processed will not be refunded. If the participant cancels after the pre-registration deadline and swag has been ordered, a refund will not be given.
Each participant who is unable to make the race date needs to make every effort to pick up, or have picked up, their race apparel or swag for that particular event before the event date. If that participant is unable to do so, their apparel or swag is subject to be forfeited and possibly given to other participants for resale or race day registration.
