Local Raleigh chef Carol Colburn is a dynamic and extremely versatile chef with a diverse background in culinary instruction and demonstration, food service, event planning, and corporate dining operations management. Carol holds dual degrees in culinary technology and baking & pastry arts, and is the President of Operations at Entertaining with Style. She has taught numerous courses at the Wake Forest Farmer’s Market and the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, and is a lead chef trainer for the Institute of Childhood Nutrition. She hosts popular YouTube show “In My Blue and White Kitchen.”
