General Overview: 12 weeks of Training with a Final Race Weekend (Virtual) on Week 13! Participants choose which plan and final goal they want to accomplish. You do the training and run the race of your choice. Perfect for all levels of runners.

  • Bi Weekly on-line video Coaching from Industry Experts (TOPICS BELOW)
    • Psychology of Running (Week Prior to Start)
    • Gear - What running gear is best for me (and for running in the cold) (Week 2)
    • Developing a plan/objectives (faster speed/distance increases) (Week 4)
    • Stretching (pre/post runs) (Week 6)
    • Cross-training/conditioning (Week 8)
    • Nutrition for Runners (Week 10)
    • Injury prevention/Recovery (Week 12)
  • On-line training logs - Follow our plan and report your mileage for accountability!
  • Final Virtual Race Weekend (Goal Race to be completed on March 20th or 21st) You create a course for your final race event - and Run It!
  • Social Media Group Page through Facebook for all members to communicate and stay motivated!
