NEED AN ADDITIONAL CHALLENGE
Meet Officer Candidate Quintin Bononcini, he is an awesome runner and recently completed a 4 mile run in 28:07 minutes. If you are up for the challenge, push your self to meet or exceed his time.
If his time is too fast, meet Officer Candidate Melissa Martinez. She is great at ruck marching, is always the first female to complete any physical event, and out runs many of the male Officer Candidates. She easily averages 7:54 minute miles, if you are up for the challenge try maintaining her pace for your 5K or 10K run.
Good luck!!! And most importantly stay safe and have fun!!!
