Description
The Anchorage NAACP unit wants to commemorate Juneteenth with a virtual Run, Walk, or Stroll June 19th-26th, 2021. Juneteenth is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the southern United States that had formed the Confederacy. We are asking participants everywhere to post their pictures to the Anchorage NAACP Facebook page during this time period with the #freedom2021!
