Tuesday Trail Training Series

Join the Ketchikan Running Club every Tuesday night during the month of June for a chill community trail running series! Each week we will meet for a non-timed group run with the opportunity to meet new people, explore the local trails, and support our relationship with the US Forest Service. Proceeds from the series help the club offset administrative costs for special use forest service permits throughout the year. Registration is $30 for all 4 runs that includes water, ice pops, and a good time! 

Meet us every Tuesday at 6pm (18:00) for the following runs:

June 4: Lap(s) around Ward Lake. (each lap approx 1.5 miles). Meet at Ward Lake parking lot. 

June 11: Salvage Loop (approx 3.4 miles). Meet at Pipeline Trail parking lot (turn left across from road for entering ward lake).

June 18: Perseverance Lake (approx 5.7 miles). Meet at Perseverance trailhead (past ward lake parking lot on the left).

June 25: Pipeline to Connell Lake and back (approx 6.5 miles). Meet at Green Bean Coffee Co at Ward Cove. 

Hint hint: This is a great way to train for KRC's upcoming Trail Half Marathon on July 20th!
