2. Climb any mountain, run any trail and track your vertical gain.
3. Go to https:runsignup.com and sign up for the vertical challenge (for free)

4. Follow instructions using "how to submit activities" tab.
5. Top male and top female participants will win a $50 Aktive Soles gift card.
6. You have until October 1st at 8pm to submit your activities.
