Description
The SafeHouse Hero Run offers both a 5k (3.1mile) course, as well as a 1K (.62mile) Kids Fun Run. Paritcipants of all ages and abilities are invited to attend and are encouraged to dress in superhero attire. All event proceeds benefit SafeHouse of Shelby County and its services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
Event schedule:
7:15a.m.-Day of registration opens
8:30a.m.-Day of registratio closes
9:00a.m.- Hero Run 5K begins
10:15a.m.-Kids Fun Run begins
11:00a.m.-Awards Ceremony

Registration is required for both the Hero Run 5K and the Kids Fun Run. The Kids Fun Run is open to all children ages 18 and younger.
