Arab High School Cross Country is excited to host the Arab Rush 5K. All proceeds will support the Varsity and Junior Varsity Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams. The 5K Run will begin at 8:00 AM at Arab City Park in the youth baseball fields parking lot (behind the Skate Park). Winners will be announced at approximately 9:00 AM.

5K registration is $30 and includes bib and a t-shirt. Extra t-shirts may be purchased with registration for $12. There will be a $3 up-charge for shirt sizes 2XL and 3XL. Volunteers will need to email megan.light@arabcityschools.org to order their t-shirts.

Packet pick up will be Friday, August 29 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Arab First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall and Saturday, August 30 from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at the race start. No packet pick up will be available after the event. Priority registration ends Friday, August 22. Registrations submitted after August 22 may not receive a t-shirt. Online registration will close at Friday, August 29 at 8:00PM. All registration closes Saturday, August 30 at 7:30 AM.

The 5K course is NOT a certified course by USATF. Prizes will be given to Top 3 male and female 5K participants of each age group. The overall male and female 5K winners will receive an additional prize. The 1 Mile Fun Run will not be officially timed.

5K age divisions are as follows: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up
